Refund policy

Refund Eligibility:

• Customers are eligible for a refund on products returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed for products even if the box has been opened or if part of the product has been used. However, only the unused portion of the product will be eligible for a refund.
• The product must be returned with whatever is left in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for cost of return

Restocking Fee:

• A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund to cover the original shipping cost to the customer and the restocking process.

Refund Process:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• The refund will reflect the amount minus $4.95 cost of original postage, adjusted for the used portion of the product if applicable.
